Structure of the share capital

The authorised capital of PAO Sovcomflot stands at RUB 2 374 993 901 and comprises 2 374 993 901 ordinary registered uncertificated shares with a par value of RUB 1.0 each.

The Company has the right to place the ordinary registered shares in the quantity of 247 269 044 at the nominal value of 1 rubles (the declared shares) in addition to the placed shares.
